Kadin was discovered at 6 years old learning tricks for parkour and started training at the Wanderers Gymnastics Centre in 2016. Within 24 months he had won his first international medal competing in Eastern Europe. He is the best twister South Africa has seen in two decades. He averages 28 hours of training per week. His role models are Kohei Uchimura (Japanese gymnast) & Andreas Toba (German gymnast)
